Casa de Jacobus is a fully restored 1920’s home in central Tucson.  It’s 1050 sq. ft. and the architecture is California bungalow style.  It’s on a quiet street located just two blocks to the University of Arizona campus, three blocks to hip 4th Avenue shopping and walking distance to downtown Tucson.  The neighborhood is called West University Historic District.  There are several great coffeehouses, local restaurants and a gourmet market/deli right in the immediate area.
